Review:
Linda Kean has been a great working landlord for me. During the time I rented, Kristin also joined her in the office and she was fantastic; however, she has since left. I am not how good her replacement is, so I would urge future renters to try and meet with Linda, as she is the most transparent. She is busy managing both the Metropolitan Roxborough and Metropolitan Manayunk apartments but she is efficient and will always give you the information needed about an apartment or a problem. I loved living at the Metropolitan and I have heard great things about all of their properties.
