Review: Beginning in September 2021, we started seeing rats in our kitchen and apartment - not one time, we were seeing and hearing them almost every day. When we contacted the landlord about this, he did not seem to care at all or think it was a big issue, either not responding to us, or sending the maintenance manager to send traps. After about four months of our begging from us and the downstairs neighbor, he finally hired an exterminator, who told us that he had made the problem worse by not calling them right away, and that the problem was unfixable unless they tore the whole building down. It\'s in month 7 and we still see, hear, and catch rats in the garden and first floor apartments almost every day. The only concession our landlord was willing to give was a $500 one-time deduction off of our rent for one month. Finally, he agreed to letting us out of our lease two months early, but is taking no action to fix the problem, and is even doing tours for new prospective tenants. DO NOT live here unless you are okay with having furry roommates who nibble through your walls and groceries, leave droppings in your bedsheets, get caught in the traps and bleed all over the kitchen floor, but don\'t pay rent. I feel so sorry for whoever is scammed into living in this apartment.
