Review: Pros: This unit is absolutely spacious! Two large storage closets and a back room. It\'s also a super short walk from Temple and only a few blocks from Cecil B. Moore. It\'s a pretty quiet block compared to the rest of North with friendly neighbors/ nearby church. Plus, it has a gas stove, laundry, and a huge backyard with a fire pit<3 And overall, it is definitely a steal for a one bedroom by Temple. Cons: Outdated appliances!! When I first moved in my AC did not work for at least a week (it was one of the hottest summers). You have to pay full utilities as well, which is annoying. Before I moved in, this place was actually disgusting. I wish they could have it professionally cleaned after move outs. Landlord uses third party maintenance whom can be unpredictable at times. Random leaks.
