Review: Worst landlord in Ithaca. Only cares about the money. Not willing to work with you and goes about fixing things the cheapest way possible, which don\'t last. Took away almost $700 from our security deposits for cleaning that wasn\'t even done professionally. Does not maintain the property or update. Plowing done very poorly.
